The Salisbury Colts are a large squad of over 40 players from which we turn out two teams. We have one team entered in the Colts U18 Dorset 7 Wiltshire (D&W) Premiership and one team in the Colts U18 Hampshire Division 2. The U18s are part of the SRFC Academy along with the U16s. This allows them to undertake appropriate joint training so that they can mentor the U16 players to help them to be ready for when they become U18s. We also start to introduce our U18s to our Senior sides and do, if the player is ready, have some players that are approved to play with our Seniors in order to develop them.

We have a strong squad and are proud of the fact that our players strive to improve and really work for each other in training and in matches. Over the season, we will give all players the opportunity to play competitive and social rugby. Our aim is to develop every player to the best of their abilities and, in so doing, for the whole age group to develop.

Our coaching team has a wide range of playing and coaching experience. They hold the appropriate coaching qualifications.
