Salisbury 19 - Reading 11
Salisbury welcomed Reading to Castle Road for the home leg of their league fixtures having narrowly beaten them away in November. Both teams sit at the foot of Regional 2 South Central so a win was important. In a largely scrappy encounter, Salisbury prevailed with a single first half try from Theo Andre Browning and two second half tries from James Kennedy on 46 minutes and Rob Crossley with 10 minutes remaining.
Unfortunately, Salisbury created their own problems having conceded two yellow cards in the first half and another in the second. Despite this they will have been relieved to have secured a 19 – 11 home win with three league fixtures remaining.
