The Colts open their D&W Cup Campaign with a win v Devizes.

After a slow start and some cagey play the teams began to settle down and the teams went into half time with honours even (a try apiece and a conversion to the good for the Salisbury lads). After the restart, Devizes hit back with a penalty to take the lead which seemed to galvanise the men in green and white and they started to grind through the gears playing expansive, connected and fast paced rugby leading to try after try. Salisbury ended the game in a very dominant position, dictating the pace and tempo throughout all phases, perhaps the pre season fitness was starting to pay off?

A really good start to the cup run with a bonus point win and a healthy points difference. Great support from the wider squad, parents, siblings and friends.
