Director of Women's & Girls' Rugby
When is training?
Women – Tuesday 18.30 and Sunday mornings at 9.45am. Both Sessions last approximately 2 hours.
Girls – Sunday morning from 10.00am.
Where is training?
Women - Castle Road on the floodlit training area.
Girls – Hudsons Field at the top nearest the road.
What do I need to bring to training?
Appropriate clothing and footwear.
Studded boots and shirts that can cope with contact training. DO NOT wear clothing with zips.
Water bottles are normally available but bring your own drink if you wish.
Can I buy food after training?
Yes. The kitchen is open to purchase a range of meals and snacks.
Do I need to buy a rugby kit?
Match shirts are provided, but you will need to buy white shorts and green socks to play in matches.
These and other merchandise can be purchased from the Club shop that is open every Sunday morning, or ask at the bar.
Do I need to pay membership to train?
Not immediately – but if you are going to be a regular you will be asked to register and pay membership.
