Salisbury RFC Mini and Midi Festival Of Rugby
Sunday 22nd October 2017
As you’re aware Salisbury RFC Mini/Midi section host an annual Mini Festival and this coming season’s will take place on Sunday 22nd October 2017 and because of the high demand for places, clubs are invited to apply now to secure places at the festival. Please complete the form below and make an immediate internet banking payment including reference details of which will be emailed to you.
This season we will be taking on board the new Age Grade rugby guidance for the festival and age group will compete in pools on a Round Robin basis.
Planning for this festival is underway and the final format will be communicated to you at the earliest opportunity having confirmed entry numbers. We want to ensure our festival is in line with the new guidance, as inclusive as possible, and meets the RFU regulations.
We will fill places on a first-come-first-served basis, giving priority to those clubs who have confirmed squad numbers and make payment in full at the earliest opportunity. Despite this and due to the popularity of the festival only a confirmation back to you from one of our festival organisers will guarantee your club’s squad/s entry. Should it be necessary to reject an entry due to excessive numbers clubs will be refunded the entry fee for any squad/s affected. Also, registering interest does not guarantee a place.
We look forward to hearing from you very soon and seeing you at our festival.
