As you’re aware Salisbury RFC Mini/Midi section host a very well organised Mini Festival and this coming season’s will take place on Sunday 22nd October 2017 and because of the high demand for places, clubs are invited to apply now to secure places at the festival. Please complete the form below and make an immediate internet banking payment including reference details of which will be emailed to you.

This season we will be taking on board the new Age Grade rugby guidance for the festival and age group will compete in pools on a Round Robin basis.

Planning for this festival is well underway and the final format will be communicated to you at the earliest opportunity having confirmed entry numbers. We want to ensure our festival is in line with the new guidance, as inclusive as possible, and meets the RFU regulations.

PLEASE NOTE:

We will fill places on a first-come-first-served basis, giving priority to those clubs who have confirmed squad numbers and make payment in full at the earliest opportunity. Despite this and due to the popularity of the festival only a confirmation back to you from one of our festival organisers will guarantee your club’s squad/s entry. Should it be necessary to reject an entry due to excessive numbers clubs will be refunded the entry fee for any squad/s affected. Also, registering interest does not guarantee a place.

We look forward to hearing from you very soon and seeing you at our festival.

Parking at the rugby club is very limited and only one permit will be issued per team. If you require disabled parking permits please request these as soon as possible by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

If your players are arriving by bus please let us know so that we can make suitable arrangements. Please note Buses will only be able to drop off and collect from the Club. They will need to park at Millstream Coach Park during the event.

For all those without parking permits, please use parking at the Beehive Park & Ride facility 1 mile from the club which will be clearly signposted; the postcode for this facility is SP4 6BT. There will be overflow parking on Hudson’s field which will be clearly signposted. Please allow 15 minutes extra for the parking. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our neighbours happy by making use of the Park and ride facility. The Police will restrict parking in the streets around the club and we expect that this will be vigorously enforced following problems in previous years.

There will be no additional cost for using the Park & Ride facility, however programmes are on sale for £4.00 each; the proceeds of which help fund the running of the Club and further festivals. Your support and contribution, through purchasing a programme, is appreciated.

The Beehive Park and Ride car park can be found north of the city on the A345. More details and a map can be found here
