Today was a game of 3 halves all seemingly lasting 40 minutes!

Seriously, the game was a great training exercise with everyone getting a great amount of game time to blow away the cobwebs that have built up over the summer. The new lads all played well and look like they will be great additions to the squad.

Messrs Packwood, Waters and Kantolinna (twice) all finished off some great teamwork by scoring tries. Sam Waters was impeccable with the boot, converting all 4 tries to 7 pointers.

The area that everyone needs to work on at training on Wednesday is body position, speed and power when entering the ruck. Luckily Steve Wichary is going to bring his favourite stick to “help” with this on Wednesday :-)
