Salisbury RFC has a thriving U16 team and we welcome new players to join those who have been with us for many years. The U16s are part of the SRFC Academy along with the U18s. This allows them to undertake appropriate joint training so that they get to know the U18s ready for when they become U18s.

We have a strong squad and are proud of the fact that our players strive to improve and really work for each other in training and in matches. Over the season, we will give all players the opportunity to play competitive and social rugby. Our aim is to develop every player to the best of their abilities and, in so doing, for the whole age group to develop.

Our coaching team has a wide range of playing and coaching experience. They hold the appropriate coaching qualifications.
