Happy New Year to everyone. I hope you all had a good Christmas break and are fully refreshed for the second half of our season.
26th. December 2017 - the club's annual Boxing Day frolic in memory of Rory Walworth
A sizeable crowd were in the Club to see local favourite Barry White land the big prize in our annual draw. Well done Barry and of course Jim Olsen and his crew for organising and raising over £2,100 for Project All Change. CLICK through to see the full list of winners and how to claim your prize.
Fundraising usually means asking a lot of our members. Time, effort, favours or just plain old cash. That just changed, thanks to GoRaise.
4th. November 2017 - a VP lunch before the game against Wimborne and cheque presentation for the Joseph Landon Charitable Foundation
It is good to be back at Castle Road after a blank Saturday here (I , and our Financial Director, hate them) and two away games at Royal Wootton Bassett and Witney. We were plagued with injuries and unavailabilities in these games and our thanks go to those players who stepped up to fill the gaps. We managed to snatch a late winner at RWB and then allowed Witney to their great surprise to do the same to us the following week. We hope for a better performance today.
