Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Salisbury Rugby Football Club Ltd will be held at the Clubhouse on Tuesday 10^th July 2018 at 8.00 pm.

1. Matters arising from the minutes of the previous meeting

    

2. Ratification of revised Memorandum & Articles of Association & Club Rules. Which includes: 

• Borrowing arrangements (within a financial year) of more than 10% of turnover of the previous financial year, will require approval by voting members at an AGM or EGM

   

1. Rugby Football Foundation (RFF) £100,000 loan towards ‘Project All Change’ to be agreed in principle. 0% interest for up to 15 years.

    

2. Reports from: Chairman, Company Secretary, Clubhouse Director & Directors of Rugby

    

3. Report of the Financial Director

    

4. Election of Fletcher & Partners as the Company Auditors

    

5. Subscriptions proposals. (Categories not changed since 2015/16 Season)

      Armed Forces Covenant discounts – 10% for senior players, 5% for youth players

   Copies of the annual accounts will be available for inspection in the Clubhouse one week before the meeting. Directors’ & Officers’ reports will be posted on the website one week before the meeting.

    

   Nominations for Board Members need to be made on the notices provided in the Clubhouse with names and signatures of Nominees, Proposers and Seconders. Nominations close 2^nd July 2018.
