[Vps] Colts v Ex Colts

The annual Colts v Ex Colts match will be held on Sunday May 9th – kick off
at 1.00pm.  The match will be followed by a BBQ and maybe a chance to sample
some of the beers and ciders procured for the Beer Festival held on Friday
May 7th and Saturday May 8th (for which tickets are now available); beer and
cider will be very competitively priced on Sunday subject of course to
availability.  All are welcome to what has become a regular end of season
fun event.

 

As the match date gets closer, could I please ask Ex Colts to confirm the
following - 

 

 

1. AVAILABILITY - Are you able to play? The Match is SUNDAY 9TH MAY - Kick
off 1.00, we will meet at the club at Noon.

 

2. EX COLTS SHIRTS - Attached is a spreadsheet of all those who have so far
ordered shirts. Could you please check all the details are correct and let
Marcus Olsen, molsen9 at hotmail.com , know any details that are missing. IT IS
NOT TOO LATE TO ORDER A SHIRT, but Marcus will need details asap.

 

3. PAYMENT - before the day please for the shirts as Marcus needs to pay the
embroiderers for all the personalisation. With numbers and names on the
back, the shirts will be £38. Could I please ask you to send a cheque to
Salisbury Rugby Club for the attention of Marcus Olsen? Cheques made payable
to Salisbury RFC Ltd. Or just leave the money behind the bar for Marcus’s
attention.
