U14s new training regime - Basket Rugby

The U14s met on a snowy Sunday to continue their training and team building regime.

Undeterred by the bad weather, those that could travel met at the Amesbury sports centre for a fitness session and then intense basketball. This turned into Basket Rugby when the basketball was replaced by the more familiar rugby ball. Good fun and great team work.
