U15s Depth Too Strong for Trojans
Salisbury U15s faced Trojans RFC with a depleted squad of 18 and a number of players playing out of position. After the first 5 minutes SRFC broke down the right for Adam Lucas to score the first try of the match. Concerted pressure then saw Arthur G score off a quick tap penalty by Alex B. Half time saw Salisbury go in 10-0 up.
Trojans were tiring and Alex B was able to apply the pressure through a series of intelligent kicks for position before Adam Lucas scored his second and Tom Trevett converted to make it 17-0.
Salisbury turned the screw and their superior fitness saw Alex B and Jon Kenyon both score with Will Thompson converting one. The game finished with Tom Trevett crossing the whitewash after a good break by Kit Jones to make it 34-0.
Well done everyone – a good game and played in great spirit!
