Rights and Privileges of Membership Life VPs, VPs and Senior Playing Members shall enjoy the privileges of the Club, attend and vote at general meetings and stand for office in the Club.
Youth playing members shall be under 19 years on the1st September. They can enjoy all the Club facilities and may attend general meetings but may not vote or stand for office.
The general committee shall have absolute discretion in deciding who qualifies for such membership.
Only senior players and VPs are eligible to apply for international tickets.
Subscriptions All subscriptions (see below) are due on the 1st September.
Any member failing to pay their subscription by the 1st October shall be suspended from membership until such subscription has been paid. This applies to ALL players.
New playing members joining the Club after the 1st February will pay only half of the appropriate subscription.
Communication We have mailing lists for all membership groups. To that end all new and existing members should register their e-mail addresses on the relevant mailing list(s). Once these lists are populated communication will be much easier and will protect individual e-mail addresses.
